HOW COACHING WORKS

Starting point

Before our first session, you’ll fill out a brief, 3-question survey so I can understand how to best support you.

Coaching session

Each coaching session is 50 minutes.

We’ll identify an area of focus and you’ll walk away with key takeaways and aligned actions.

Follow up

After our session, you can expect a follow-up from me to reinforce our work together and help support you on the path ahead.

  • Single Session | $100

    Each session is 50 minutes and takes place on a video call.

  • Five Sessions | $450

    Invest in a series of five 50-minute sessions to receive one session half price.

  • Extended Session | $130

    Need more time? Book an extended, 75-minute video call session.
